We have been to cornwall a few times now, the trip is on good roads if you time it right, we have never been in August and probably never will, its too busy for us then.
I'm getting addicted to beautiful fabrics from Cabbages and Roses and Peony and Sage.
Such beautiful patterns and wonderful muted colours.
Last week we had a little trip away to one of our favourite places to stay, Odle Farm in Devon.
'm off on my travels but before I go here is a quick look at Padstow in Cornwall from my last trip out.
The gardens at Lanhydrock house are as stunning as the house itself, they are quite sheltered and seem to thrive in that Cornish almost tropical climate that you find in enclosed garden spaces.
This is Lanhydrock House near Bodmin in Cornwall, it belongs to the National Trust and is a five minute drive away from Lower Margate house.
Welcome to St Ives where the streets are vertical.
